The first thing I do when I get a new Mini is to add a steering column adjuster. This bracket lowers the wheel 1″ to 3″ for a sportier driving position. Always make sure you release the tension on the steering rack by loosening the 4 nuts on the U bolts which retain the rack.This item is not suitable for cars fitted with an air bag.
