Alternator poly v type 1996 on 65 amp

Fitted from 1996 only this alternator sits higher than originally, with new brackets that will only fit the twin point injection cyl head. A1151-65 type producing 65amps (Was GXE2862 from Unipart). If your battery seems to be always running low it might not be the alternator-check that your earth strap on engine stabiliser bar is working properly. Keith Dodd run an extra earth cable on his car from transmission to subframe as per older cars when he had this problem.
